Oily City

It's been a pleasant enough September so far, but mostly because I've seen a lot of Kevjn Kelly lately, which improves everything. We went swimming this past weekend at our favorite swimming hole, Oil City, because Summer might not be quite finished yet. There's also been a lot of driving around and making dinner at home and going to see sexy movies including Vicky Cristina Barcelona and The Last Mistress. That said, everything else needs a lot of improvement.

Comcast sucks at providing the internet. They really do. We've been shut off all weekend long for some dumb reason. Apparently the entire building has been shut down so maybe its our landlord's fault, Scott Bro-down.

The other thing I don't like is rain.

Also, I got cut from my legitimate writing job but I'm not allowed to mention it until the announcement runs in the legitimate newspaper where I work. You'll know soon enough what I'm talking about. Actually everybody knows where I work so everyone knows what I'm talking about.

The only real good news out there right now is that I'm featured in this month's online version of Your Hartford magazine. I think it comes out in print next month. Getting written about in the local press has always been a hobby of mine, so now I have a new clipping to add to my ever growing collection.
